Main Nano Field: Novel nano-materials, such as two dimensional (2D) materials can be used to approach the fundamental scaling limits of electronic devices.Applications include energy efficient transistors, memory and integrated circuits.
Research interests: Nano-electronics, semiconductor device physics, energy-efficient electronics, power and heat dissipation in devices, two-dimensional (2D) materials and their application in electronic devices, emerging memory technologies: resistive memory (RRAM) and phase-change materials (PCM).
