Nano main field: Nano-structured electrocatalysts for renewable energy storage and utilization
Our group studies electrochemistry on the nano-scale, trying to answer basic questions in renewable energy research. What is the effect of nanometric pores on electro-catalysis? How do nanometric active sites form, and how do they act? We combine nano-material synthesis, a broad range of characterization tools, and in situ electro-catalytic measurements.
