120 young researchers from 12 countries visited the Technion for a unique workshop on electron microscopy.
The electron microscopy workshop attracted young people from all the universities in Israel and from 11 European countries.
The 4-day workshop was initiated and organized by Prof. Dganit Danino from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, an expert in electron microscopy at low temperatures (CryoEM), and was attended by some 120 young researchers, the largest group ever at this type of workshop.
Participants heard lectures by scientists from the Technion and other Israeli universities and toured the Technion’s world-class microscopy centers.
