Nano Main Field:

I am interested in the mechanisms governing the transport and deposition of inhaled nano-particles in lung airways and the network of blood capillaries within lung tissue. This research is directed at achieving localized drug targeting of inhaled therapeutics for medical treatments including respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, emphysema, etc.).
